SeekPC は、PC とガジェットの公式チャンネル・解説者 178 局を、「いま、どうしたいか」から選んで観るサイトです。PC 選びのガイド記事31本と、用途別のショップ選定も同じ場所にあります。SeekPC lets you watch 178 official PC and gadget channels, chosen by what you are here for. It also holds 31 buying guides and a shop directory by use case (both in Japanese).

「こんなとき」から選ぶChoosing by what you're here for

「PC・ガジェット」とひとくちに言っても、来る人の事情はばらばらです。買い替えの基準がまだ決まっていない人、パーツを選んで組みたい人、今の一台をあと2年使いたい人、型落ちを安く買いたい人、新しい CPU の一次情報だけを追いたい人、机まわりを作り直したい人。同じチャンネルの並びでも、その人の事情から入れば別の棚に見えます。SeekPC はこの9つを一覧の入口に置いています。“PCs and gadgets” is one label covering very different situations. SeekPC puts nine of those situations at the front of the list, so the same channels form a different shelf depending on why you came.

どうやって選んだかHow the list was built

YouTube のチャンネルは、@ハンドルから恒久ID（UC…）を実際に取得して確かめたものだけを載せています。ブランド名そのままのハンドルは、本物である根拠になりません。調査中、あるメーカー名のハンドルは無関係な団体のアカウントに付け替わっていました。Every YouTube channel here was confirmed by actually resolving its @handle to a permanent channel ID. A handle that matches a brand name is not evidence it is that brand: during research, one maker's plain handle had been reassigned to an unrelated organisation.

名前が一致していても、同一のチャンネルとは限りません。放棄された同名アカウントは名前の照合をそのまま通ります。そこで、最後に投稿があった日を本人確認の材料として併用しています。大手の修理メディアと同じ名前・同じハンドルなのに10年近く投稿がないアカウントは、これで見つけました。Matching names do not prove identity — an abandoned account with the same name passes a name check. We also use the date of the last upload. That is how we caught an account with the same name and handle as a major repair publication that had not posted in nearly ten years.

載せないものWhat we do not list

• 切り抜き・まとめ・転載・無断で日本語化したチャンネルClip, roundup, re-upload, and unauthorised dub channels
• なりすまし・ファンが運営しているチャンネルImpersonation and fan-run channels
• 音楽が主目的のチャンネル（仕組みとして入らないようにしています）Channels whose main purpose is music (excluded structurally, not by judgement)
• ゲーム実況が主目的のチャンネル（ハードウェアの検証が主目的なら載せます）Channels mainly about playing games (hardware testing channels are listed)

映像はどこから来るかWhere the video comes from

映像は各チャンネルの運営者から、あなたのブラウザへ直接届きます。SeekPC のサーバーは、この一覧のページを配っているだけで、動画を保存も再配信もしていません。Video is delivered from each channel's operator straight to your browser. SeekPC's server only serves these pages; it neither stores nor redistributes any video.

生きているか確かめているKeeping the list alive

公開されている更新情報を毎日読み、@ハンドルの再解決を月に一度、埋め込んで再生できるかを四半期ごとに確かめています。180日以上投稿がないチャンネルは「更新停止中」と表示して、消さずに残します。休んでいるだけかもしれないからです。We read each channel's public feed daily, re-resolve handles monthly, and re-check embeddability quarterly. Channels with no upload for 180 days are marked “not updated recently” and kept, not deleted — they may simply be on a break.

確認したのは日本からです（JP）。見えるかどうか、埋め込めるかどうかは、見ている場所によって変わります。1局（Bilibili）は、この場所からは生きているかどうかを確かめられていません。確かめられていないものを、確かめたとは書きません。These checks were made from Japan. 記事のページと用途別のショップのページには広告があります。一覧と再生の邪魔をする形では出しません。読むために広告を先に見せることも、登録を先に求めることもしません。The article pages and the shop directory carry advertising. It never blocks the list or the player, and we never make you watch an ad or sign up before reading.
